New Year’s Newsletter and Courses

December, 2009  – and  New Year’s  Health Newsletter:

I missed Santa’s sleigh leaving  the North Pole and am still trying to catch up before 2010 rolls around. Isn’t there an Aesop’s Fable or that says something like:  “Those who take time out for fun in the sun spend much time trying to catch up when the snow comes.”? Actually, I think it was the ant and the grasshopper story I am thinking of – oh well – you get the idea. I am right down to the crunch, need to stop perfecting and just hit SEND. Do it now – a good slogan for 2010!

To close out the year, we would like to thank all the Associates, co-workers and clients who have touched our lives during 2009 and throughout the last 20 + years!

All of you have made commitments to learn about and improve your own health and many have made a true difference in your life and the lives of others. We think you would all agree that health needs to be our number one priority. I rate family, friends and spiritual relationships very high in priority, but without physical health, we cannot enjoy these. Wealth is also a pleasant by-product of helping others, but again, without health, it does us little good.

So again, thank you to those who have taken the time and energy to improve their diets, balance their lifestyles, create new habits and embrace the ancient traditional healing concepts of adding nourishment and healing with herbs. And special thanks to those who also share this with others. You are all special people and to you we extend our commitment to service and love.

Love travels far and wide through every open heart. It is one of the most important healers in existence. The more joy and love that flows from your heart, and into your heart, the greater the chances for a mass healing in human consciousness. Love is the only way for all of nature to thrive, and the animal and mineral kingdoms to be safe.

May the serenity of a sunset be yours throughout 2010!

One of our special people, Marie Augustine, who has had remarkable success with healing her “incurable cancer”, has been very excited to share her story. Her enthusiasm has inspired me to finally get another small book together which will include some general health tips, as well as specifics which can give hope and help to people dealing with cancer. I will let you know when this is ready.
We are planning some events where Marie wants to share her story, and likely some conference calls for those not close. STAY TUNED! If you are willing to share YOUR story of healing, in order to give others hope, please contact us ASAP, or just email the office – emails at end of this newsletter.
Other courses on request are Muscle Response Testing and Aromatherapy – if you have interests or  requests, just drop us an email or leave a message at 250-748-6802. If you would like to plan a course in your area, please contact us.

Marie was recently interviewed in a local Vancouver Island paper, which unfortunately added some of their own (inaccurate) information concerning Paw Paw, one of the herbs in the cancer protocol. So to be sure everyone has the correct information I will have Paw Paw information on my blog, under a separate heading so it is accessible to everyone.

In a nutshell, the correct species, which has more than 30 years research is Asimina triloba, which is native to the eastern U.S., not the Brazilian species. NSP Paw Paw twig extract works via four specific mechanisms to halt cancer growth. The rest of the program ensures healthy cell re-growth.

The blog entry will include  a more detailed scientific explanation of how the acetogenins in Paw Paw works.   For further consultation contact Benoit & Associates Health Education. They have access to research and case studies conducted on this life saving plant remedy, including stage four “incurable and inoperable” cancers.

Health Tips:

If you don’t know about Vita Mix, an exceptional tool for increasing health starting in your kitchen, please go to Vita Mix website to see how this amazing tool can help you make raw smoothies, soups, sauces, everything healthy!

If you have questions about Vita Mix, please contact us. We have loved ours for 5 years now. There are also recipes on this website. If you purchasing a Vita Mix use  Afiiliate # 06-003329 to receive free shipping and other goodies.

And for additional humour; here is a 2.5 minute video on how to protect yourself from the swine flu.

I don’t recommend using the Vita Mix for this recipe, though.

It is our hope you will grab hold of the brand new year to create rich  experiences in 2010!
