(Rapid Eye Movement).\u00a0 Unlike leg cramps, RLS is not usually stopped by gentle stretching or massaging.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">RECOMMENDATIONS:<\/span><\/strong><strong> A<\/strong>s with all health challenges, the <strong><em>Four Pillars of Health<\/em><\/strong> need to be considered.
