The Australian Medical Professionals’ Society has recently done an independent investigation into the WHO, its funders and the beneficiaries of the WHO’s decisions.
This report titled ‘Follow the Money. WHO’s Directing Global Health Policy?’ was specifically undertaken to determine whether the WHO is acting as an independent and impartial agency that can be trusted to protect public health.
Unfortunately their conclusion is that:
the WHO can not be trusted and it reveals the extent to which the World Health Organization has allowed and encouraged commercial interests to corrupt global health policy.
Among the key conclusions of the fifty page report are the following:
- The WHO invites investors, offering 3,400% returns, and allows donors to its specified purposes program to have a say in how their funds are spent.
- The majority of the top-100 donors to the WHO’s specified donations program were pharmaceutical companies or were organizations aligned with pharmaceutical interests.
- Pharmaceutical companies donated a total of $28,722,232 directly to the WHO for specified purposes, contravening the WHO’s own guidelines.
- 58 organizations donated a total of $1,741,237,890 and 56 of these organizations were seen to be aligned with the interests of the pharmaceutical industry, receiving funds, cooperating on projects or promoting pharmaceutical products and expanding pharmaceutical markets.
- All of the UN agencies, who donated a total of $494,683,067, were linked to the pharmaceutical industry or engaged in pharmaceutical projects.
- All of the banks, which donated a total of $131,820,000, profited from pharmaceutical projects.
- All of the research institutes, which donated a total of $9,640,000, were engaged in some way with the pharmaceutical industry.
- All of the regional administrations, which donated $13,380,978, had links with the pharmaceutical industry.
- All of the “non-pharmaceutical” businesses, which donated $9,418,000, had links with the pharmaceutical industry.
- All other bodies, who donated a total of $369,427,000, were likewise connected with the pharmaceutical industry.
- There were connections between many of the top-100 donors that included cross-funding, collaboration, cross-staffing and links at governance levels.
- Hierarchies were identified in the inter-organizational relationships, with the Gates and Rockefeller family groups holding key positions within many of the largest donors.
- The WHO’s funding arrangements contravene its own guidelines and create very serious conflicts of interest for the Organization.
- Opportunities existed (and are openly promoted) for donors to influence the WHO’s activities, giving massively profitable pharmaceutical corporations significant influence over global health.
Currently the WHO’s top eight financial contributors are:
- The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation: $689 million
- Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance: $500 million
- The European Commission: $412 million
- The World Bank: $268 million
- Germany: $324 million
- The United Kingdom: $215 million
- Canada: $141 million
- The European Investment Bank: $119 million
You have to wonder why Canada is right up there.
Especially at this time of economic crisis when more than half of all Canadians are living from pay-cheque to pay-cheque and almost 10% of Canadians are having to line up at food banks every month. Just think what we could do to help struggling Canadians with an extra $141 million, assuming of course that our government really does care about struggling Canadians.
Happy Canada Day 2025.
Canada MUST not continue to support the WHO, and especially not the WHO Pandemic Treaty! This treaty is an act of treason to every Canadians’ right to medical choice! It overrides every country’s rights over health care choices.
Please make your local MP aware of this and that you do not support it !
What has this got to do with natural health, healing or herbs?
Everything! We encourage every person to learn about the healing powers of herbs and weeds that you can access. With continually escalating governance over what an individual can choose for their optimum health, you need to be able to take control of your own health. We encourage you to learn, from this website, from courses, from trained herbal and natural health consultants.
