Paul has had pneumonia every year for 20 years – usually in November. Lorene Benoit recommended that after the antibiotics he was on again, he take LH-C to build up his lungs so they do not keep re-infecting, along with Lobelia to clear the congestion, thin the mucous and stop the coughing.
Within a couple of days he finally started feeling better. Since then, a few months now, whenever he gets congestion he takes 10 drops of Lobelia and it works like a miracle – he coughs up a bunch of stuff and is good to go. He is going to start on some LH-C again to hopefully prevent another infection this year.

Glad to hear Paul is doing better. This is the best time of the year to improve lung health, as according to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn means we are entering the Metal phase or element which involves lungs and colon. If he continues with the LH-C and lobelia, his lungs will continue to become healthier. Since I started using herbs to heal naturally, in 1974, all parts of my respiratory system has become stronger and I have not had one infection since then that has ever required drugs!

I met Lorene in Mexico in 2021, when I had already been sick for nearly 2 months, with bronchitis and because I was given so many antibiotics my abdomen was distended and painful.
