  1. Yes, olive oil is one of the better oils for frying, as is coconut oil.Just don’t overuse frying – baking and grilling also take great. IF you are using corn meal, please make sure it is non GMO, which usually means organic. If not labelled non GMO, assume that it is! My September Newsletter gives some basic information on GMO.
