I’m sure you’ve heard this before from someone but I wanted to give you some feedback on a use for the Silver gel.
Last couple of years my face has started to become red and inflamed, mostly my cheeks. I’ve tried many expensive treatments and products. Nothing worked.
So last week I tried using NSP Silver Gel as a base instead of my regular expensive toner and peptide serum. My skin instantly calmed down. I’ve been using it night and day for a week now and my skin is so much better. I don’t know why this is working but it is. Wish I tried it about $5000 ago.

Can this gel be used on open diabetic sores? Would you cover after you apply or leave uncovered? Thank you.
Absolutely Char, thie Silver Shield Gel (CA) / Silver Shield Rescue Gel (US) can be used for diabetic sores.
It is also an effective healing agent for most open wounds including bedsores, staph infections, burns, rashes, surgical wounds, and even closed sores such as brusies and blunt trauma injuries.
We had a local long term care home use it with seniors as it was more effective, than silver imprgnated bandages. It also saved time and money.
As for having the wound covered or not, would depend on the size and location of the wound. If it was going to be exposed to dirt or clothing, then I would cover it. If it is too wet or oozing, then you would leave it open to dry out a bit. But if too dry, then you want it covered, as you want a wound to heal from the inside out so it granulates properly and does not trap any infection within.
You may want to consult with a wound specialist. Although they may not be familiar with the Silver Gel preparations, they will know about silver impregnated bandages. Just let them know this is Health Canada / FDA approved and mmore effective than the bandages.
