Garcinia Cambogia and Weight Loss

I have been asked about this several times since the Dr. Oz show –  Garcinia cambogia is the hot new kid on the block for weight loss. So here are my comments, based on 35 years of knowledge.

Yes, I have worked with this herb for over 20 years. We had a great Garcinia Combination in Canada 15 or more years ago that did not sell enough – where was Dr. Oz then?, but it is still available in the US. We also have an excellent drink stick that is so convenient and tasty – and helps you to drink more water which is critical to healthy weight loss. Stixated – available in many countries.

I think anyone on weight loss should also take Collatrim Plus, to ensure muscle and skin tone during weight loss. Also helps you sleep better – lose while you snooze!

And no,  I do not believe that you should not change your diet OR do exercise – we should be talking about health, not just weight loss. For healthy tips please be sure to read Weight Loss/Insulin Resistance , as well as other articles written on weight manangement.

  1. I am needing to lose 40 pounds. I have had a complete check up and all is good. This is something I want to do for me. I hold a lot of belly fat. So was interested if a herb could help. I do not believe in a shake to replace a meal. I have to learn to eat right and three meals a day. I have gone most my live with really bad eating habits. So have been working on this also. Any suggestions would be appreciated . Thanks Heather

  2. It is good that you are wanting to do this for yourself. Have you read ALL the articles on this website that relate to weight loss?
    Eating correctly, three meals a day IS also very important. In my book I have extensive healthy eating recommendations.
    Yes, there are many herbs that help speed metabolism; two of the most effective are Ultra Therm and Stixated. Your diet has to be on track as well as exercise, water, good elimination; just taking some pills is not the long term answer.
